The Sales Director is accountable for executing an aggressive sales strategy that supports the Exchange Solutions business development goals and objectives. The primary objective of the role is to source and secure profitable new revenue/clients through new major accounts and customer acquisition in the retail e-commerce space.
The Manager, Account Management is responsible for the day-to-day account management and oversight as well as project management for a key client. The Manager, Account Management is a strong communicator who works collaboratively to gain alignment and foster accountability and is a creative strategic thinker with deep business acumen and the resourcefulness to find a way to get things done. They must be able to act as both an advisor to the client and a project manager who can influence and negotiate internally and externally across various levels and functions, and deliver a compelling proposition for both the client and Exchange Solutions that will ultimately achieve deliverables and produce results.
Manager, Analytics Data is a role within the Analytics and Optimization team reporting to the Senior Director of Analytics.
Manager, Analytics Data will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining standardized Analytical Datamarts and robust data monitoring systems across all clients; ongoing automation of analytical processes, e.g. performance reports; and creation of Tableau dashboards.
Manager, Analytics Data will have direct reports and act as an Analytics liaison with Data Management and Technology on the development and implementation of analytic’ related solutions.

The Client Technology Solutions Architect plans and supports the design, configuration, implementation and business operations of our platform solutions for internal and external stakeholders on one or more clients and/or new business opportunities.
The Client Technology Solutions Architect is expected to be an in-house application expert whose responsibilities include application configuration management and implementation consistent with project deliverables. They define, configure, and implement Exchange Solutions’ proprietary platform. The Client Technology Solutions Architect is expected to effectively communicate with technical and business resources across the company, while contributing to the definition and development of our core capabilities and current product platform.
The role will vary with each the stage of the project. The design stage requires working with all stakeholders to investigate the client systems, recommend, outline and document configuration requirements and technology integration solutions. The implementation stage requires working with technical staff to define the configuration details in order to meet the client’s needs. The operations stage requires monitoring the performance and health of the system and communicating with the client and/or partners for issue support and system reconfiguration.
The Application Support Specialist is responsible for the configuration and operations of our platform solutions for internal and external stakeholders on one or more of ESI’s clients.
The Application Support Specialist will be an in-house expert in Exchange Solutions’ proprietary platform. They work closely with the Technology Solutions, IT operations, and Development teams to ensure Exchange Solutions’ proprietary platform continues to operate as expected. Additionally, they are expected to lead the application operation, incident management, problem determination and resolution activities with respect to their assigned client implementations.
As an in-house expert, they are expected to effectively communicate with technical and business resources across the company and with the clients and/or partners for issue support, problem determination and resolution and system reconfiguration.
