Member Scoring & Intelligence - Additional Scores
Why this is valuable:
This release adds several new machine-learning derived "probabilistic" metrics to the MSI feature. These scores are derived from the entire membership base and so facilitate both membership base and individual analysis, as well as Audience creation and targeting on the basis of the different levels of probability of the score. "Churn Propensity" uses the entire member base to analyze and predict an individual-member level score of likelihood of a member churning. This release also includes a "Propensity to Buy" metric for individuals, of any product for a given duration. This release also includes a "Customer Lifetime Value" metric to predict individual monetary value of the member. Also includes general quality improvements and implementation of a "save draft" function when creating member scores, and general UX and quality improvements.
